MINIMUM HIRE OF HALL £20.00 FOR UP TO 2 HOURS, FOR 3 HOURS £27.00 AND THEREAFTER THE ABOVE RATES APPLY.
SURCHARGE OF £11.00 FOR USE OF THE KITCHEN.

TRADE AND BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT. LONG TERM HIRE RATES FAVOURABLE.

ALL ABOVE CHARGES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ELECTRICITY, HEATING AND WATER. THE BUILDING AFFORDS COMFORTABLE SEATING AND HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN(additional). THERE WILL BE A £10.00 CHARGE FOR USE OF CROCKERY AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TO COVER ANY BREAKAGES AND A £10.00 CHARGE FOR USE OF OUR LICENSE IF YOU WISH TO SELL OR CONSUME ALCOHOL. THE BUILDING HAS DISABLED ACCESS, TOILET AND BABY CHANGING FACILITIES.

Responsibilities of the Hall Committee:-
1. Unlock 10 minutes prior to the hire commencement time to allow set up.
2. Keep the Hall or Hired Area clean and free from debris and belongings.
3. Provide heating when and if required.
4. Keep and Maintain all fire, safety and domestic equipment in a safe and working order.
5. Provide tables and chairs if required.
6. Provide and maintain first aid boxes (1 in the Kitchen and 1 in the Main Hall).
7. Ensure that the hirer is aware of fire safety arrangements for the hall.
8. Ensure that the hirer is aware of the non smoking policy throughout the premises.
9. Maintain and act upon all reported accidents in the accident book.

Responsibilities of the Hirer:-
1. To meet the person unlocking the hall on time arranged.
2. Keep all fire doors and escape routes clear and free from obstruction.
3. Vacate the hall on time and leave in a clean and tidy condition, and brushing the floors where necessary.
4. Report and pay for all breakages.
5. Notify all users of the hall during the hire period of all the points relative to the fire exits, extinguishers etc. Image is on left of page for the fire plan.
6. Note the maximum numbers for the hall are 85 seated and 120 standing.
7. Note alcohol must be provide via the committee.
8. Maintain the non smoking policy throughout the premises.
9. Bag and place all refuse and debris in the wheelie bins situated on the front courtyard.
10. Note that the nearest emergency telephone is situated adjacent to the "Coldstreamer Inn" in Gulval Churchtown.
11. Nothing is stuck or attached to the walls or paintwork.
